I wish I had found them first before going through ProConnect an on-demand service advertised on my homeowner's warranty website. They assigned a technician that showed up in an unmarked car - no company logo, name, or insignia. Neither of them was carrying any tools or equipment. The main guy didn't seem to know where to look for the dryer vents. He pulled the dryer out not even halfway to even do a proper assessment. After walking all around the house, and not even 5min later he tells me it will cost me $300 for him and his guys to perform the cleaning. And he would have to come back another day to do it. I said thanks but no thanks. I will gather a few more quotes. Also, the guy was getting combative with me the whole time. I will never use ProConnect again and contemplating changing my homeowner's warranty company.

They came out and were very professional. The mold was in to deep so they were not able to complete what I needed so they ended up not charging me for the work. I was very happy with their honestly and the way the handled the project. They did everything they could to help and are good at what they do.

Greg was very good to work with. He contacted me almost immediately after my request went in and was very thorough in explaining how he could help with a terrible stain issue on an expensive couch and chair. I thought he could probably get some of it out, but doubted it could look like new. When he started he mentioned how bad it was, and even indicated it may have set in too much, as it had been a couple days. But he kept at it and after the cushions dried, they look completely new! Very professional, accommodating and nice to work with. Very pleased and would highly recommend Ripley.

Thanks for the positive feedback! Unfortunately this couple was the victim of an unscrupulous "duct cleaner" that tried to charge thousands of dollars on a 5 year old HVAC system. They were smart and sought a second opinion before proceding. We were able to show them that the duct work was in very good condition and did not even need a cleaning.

No Residue = No Returning Stains!
It's now been 2 months since Ripley Services cleaned my carpets and couch and all I can say is WOW!! I've had them cleaned many times before and had several problem stains come back within a few weeks. Greg explained that soap residue was the likely culprit and that their Soap & Residue Free process should eliminate this problem. I was skeptical, but 2 months later NOTHING has returned and the carpets look and feel great! I don't know if it's my imagination, but I also notice that I'm breathing easier and not using my inhaler near as often! The pricing was exactly as quoted over the phone with no high pressure sales and less than half of Zero Rez and Stanley. Greg really cares about doing a good job and earning your business long term. He's got mine! I highly recommend Ripley's and soap and residue free cleaning!

I hadn't had my carpets and couches professionally cleaned in 6 years! And with four dogs now in the house, it got pretty bad. I wanted a non-residue cleaning because of my dog who has allergies. The service was great! Stains I have been fighting for years are gone. I checked another company for the same service, and they wanted about $600 (before they even got there) and I knew they would upsell me from there. Ripley charged less than half that and just came in, explained all my options, gave me a very fair price for cleaning practically my whole house and did an excellent job. It is rare to find integrity in business these days. I highly recommend their service.
Our RV never smelled so good!
We recently had Ripley Services out to clean our house carpets after a few pet accidents. I had my RV in the driveway getting it ready for a family vacation when Ripley Services mentioned that they clean Boats and RV's too. I don't know why I never thought to ask!! It's always had a bit of a musty smell and never been professionally cleaned in the 6 years we've owned it. They did such a great job on the house (no more pet stains!) that I asked if they could handle the RV while they were there. They were able to squeeze us in and all I can say is WOW!!! The RV looks like new. I didn't realize how dirty it had gotten! It smells fresh and clean for the first time since we've owned it. We also bought a bottle of their RS Pro Odor Killer to use in the RV and on pet odors. This stuff is amazing. We spray it in the RV after each trip and it really makes a difference! Pricing was fair and the results were simply amazing. We'll never use anyone else.
No More Fleas!

We had Ripley Services Clean our carpets and furniture during a severe flea infestation. Their recommendation was to clean the carpets and furniture affected with their superheated equipment for fast knockdown of the problem. The heat from their equipment was unbelievable...killing fleas on contact without damaging the carpet or furniture. They recommended treatment by a licensed pest control company for a residual kill followed by a re-clean in 3 months to remove chemical residue and dead fleas from the treatment. I am happy to say, we are flea free now. We have had the house treated before and it helped, but adding the cleanings made all the difference in the world. Ripley's took the time to show the difference in their equipment and the amount of heat it produced and why. Learn from our trial and error...IT WORKED! With all the news about Bed Bugs, we plan to have them out to clean our mattresses too! Thanks again!

I called several carpet cleaning services. Some I had to leave messages, others I got a quote from. Ripley's returned my call promptly and was very professional considereing I needed "same day" service. Amazingly, he worked me in, yet he didn't rush through my cleaning. Our white couch, became white again, and a 13 year-old carpet looks nearly new. He even gave me the name of a product in case I needed to spot clean. He was such a nice man and genuinely concerned about doing a good job. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND RIPLEY'S SERVICES to anyone wanting the job done right. Thanks a million! Jack and Terry.
Our Allergies are SO MUCH Better
After moving to the Keller area, we all started noticing our allergies were the worst they have ever been. We chose Ripley Services for their Residue Free cleaning because we didn't want any potential allergens left behind. They cleaned our carpet, tile and air ducts along with one couch. They were on time, called when they were on their way and the price was much less than other companies we called. The results were amazing. I didn't even think the carpet was dirty. I was more concerned about allergies. What a difference. Our allergies are much better, the carpet looks great and the whole house just smells better. We will definitely use them again...AND they are LOCAL! We always try to support local companies when possible.

Everything was as promised with no up-selling. We were having a birthday party at the house and realized the carpets were in pretty bad shape. We were able to get Ripley Services in on the same day! We had 5 areas and a hall cleaned for $149 and there was never even a discussion of any extras or options. Their Standard services incuded everything needed. I asked about optional services and they explained that carpet protector WAS available, but since my carpet was only about a year old and their process didn't strip out the factory stain protector, I shouldn't need it yet. What a refreshing change...any other company would have jumped on the opportunity to take advantage of my ingnorance! Carpets were dry in a couple of hours and have never looked so good. Thanks for saving me Ripley Services! We dealt with Greg, the owner. He's professional, honest and really cares about the quality of work and customer satisfaction.

For the first time ever, I had my carpets cleaned and the price quoted on the phone was the same as when they got to my house with no surprises or high pressure sales. Ripley Services took great care of my home and furnishings and my carpets have never been so clean. It's been about a month and they still look fantastic. We have used Ripley Services to clean carpet and tile at our home in Southlake multiple times now. They consistently exceed our expectations removing stains that we were sure were permanent and dealt with pet odors that other carpet cleaners have NEVER been able to eliminate. They use a Green Seal Certified cleaning process that was important to us with small children crawling around on the carpet. We definitely notice that we can go longer between cleanings and never realized what a difference soap free/residue free cleaning made. Forever, we just thought the kids were just trashing the carpet, now I'm convinced the soap residue left behind after other cleanings was the real cause. The carpet feels and smells better than it ever has before and we don't have to get rid of our cat that can't seem to always find the litter box! :-). Ripley Services has cleaned both rental properties and my personal residence multiple times. Over the years, we have tried everything from small mom and pop companies to Stanley, Dalworth etc and noone has compared to the quality service, results and pricing of Ripley Services. They have cleaned rental carpets that we were sure could not be salvaged. They are great with tenants, professional and honest. After having so much success on our rental homes, we started using them at home for carpet, furniture, tile and air ducts. We continue to be amazed with their service. They out clean everyone by far and since they use a soap and residue free method, our carpets and furniture stays cleaner much longer. I can't say enough good about them. We trust them in our home when we are away and know we will return to spotless carpets.
