When will my carpet be dry? Can I walk on it right away?

- Pet or stain treatments may take longer
- Fans/HVAC help speed drying
- Limit walking at first; use socks or shoe covers
What if a stain doesn’t come out with cleaning?
- Some stains (grease, dye, pet accidents) need specialty treatment
- Certain stains can be permanent, but we’ll re-clean missed spots at no charge
- For advaced pet treatments:
- Oxidizer flush → fully guaranteed. If the stain returns, we fix it.
- Pet injection → may require additional visits at an extra charge.
